These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://cyrtechnologies.com ("Website") and the services we provide, including software and web development, managed IT support, cybersecurity solutions and recruitment consultancy (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using our Website or Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

    CYR Technologies (Partnership Firm) is an independent business entity registered under the State Registrar of Firms and Udyam in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We hold an Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) for serving clients outside India. We are not affiliated with CYR Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or any other similarly named organization.

  3. Services Provided

    CYR Technologies provides software and web development (including related search and AI visibility work), managed IT support, cybersecurity solutions, recruitment consultancy for employers, and maintenance. Information on this website is general and is not a quote or an offer. Scope, price and timeline for each service are agreed in writing before work starts. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as search rankings, traffic or sales.

  4. Use of the Website

    You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to copy, modify, or redistribute our content without permission. Users must be at least 18 years old or representing a business entity.

  5. Payments and Refunds

    Payments are accepted by UPI, bank transfer and online payment providers such as Razorpay and Zoho Payments, and by Skydo for payments from outside India. We are not currently registered for GST, so our invoices do not include GST. Payment terms are stated on each quote or invoice. No refunds are issued once the service is delivered and accepted by the client.

  6. Maintenance and Support

    Support and maintenance terms, including any included support period and any charges, are stated in each project agreement.

  7. Intellectual Property

    All deliverables remain the property of CYR Technologies until full payment is received. Clients may not resell or redistribute them without written consent. Content, logos and materials that you supply remain yours. Open-source and third-party components used in a project remain under their own licences.

  8. Recruitment Services

    Our recruitment services are for employers. We find and present candidates, but the hiring decision is yours, and we do not guarantee that any candidate will be hired, accept an offer or stay in a role. Fees and any replacement terms are agreed in writing before the work begins.

  9. Limitation of Liability

    CYR Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

  10. Privacy and Third-Party Links

    How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Our website links to other sites that we do not control and are not responsible for.

  11. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.

  12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
