Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how CYR Technologies ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you use our website, in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Data Collected
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also collects general usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type and approximate location. We do not ask for payment details, passwords or other sensitive information through this website, and ask that you do not include them in your message.
Data Storage and Retention
Enquiries sent through our form are delivered to our business email, hosted with Zoho Mail, using the email service Resend. The email in our inbox is the only copy we keep; we do not run a separate enquiry database. We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to carry out any work you ask us to do. If you do not become a client, we keep your enquiry only for as long as needed to reply, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep your contact and billing details in our customer records for as long as needed for invoicing, accounting, tax and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner, and we will tell you if the law requires us to keep any records.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website: Resend (email delivery of form enquiries), Zoho Mail (our business email), Google Analytics (usage statistics, only with your consent) and Google Fonts (which loads the website's fonts and receives your IP address when it does). If you become a client, payment providers such as Razorpay, Zoho Payments and Skydo receive the invoice and payment details needed to process your payment, and invoices may be copied to them when sent. These providers process data under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for core functionality and analytics cookies (with consent) for traffic insights. Analytics stays off until you accept it. Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change it at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer.
International Clients
Our service providers may process data on servers outside India, for example in the United States. When you submit the form or accept analytics cookies, you agree to your data being processed in this way. We use providers that publish their own data protection commitments.
